Advanced Oncotherapy plc is a UK-based company focused on delivering a more affordable and compact proton-based radiotherapy called LIGHT (Linac Image Guided Hadron Technology).
Based on a ground-breaking technology developed and tested at the world renowned European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN), the LIGHT system allows protons to be delivered with far greater precision and electronic control than other forms of radiation therapy.
The first LIGHT system is expected to be installed in Harley Street, London as soon as the building of the new clinic is completed.
