NEWS - 31ST JANUARY 2017
Day 2 with simulations from Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Specialist Care, interviews with Sky News Arabia and Arab Health TV, and a full programme of presentations on stand
The morning began with a presentation from Dr Geetha Venkat, on state of the art assisted conception. A popular topic of discussion, the Harley Street Fertility Clinic's presentation was well received and turned out a big audience.
Followed by Dr Emer MacSweeney's presentation on mild traumatic brain injury, Moorfield's Private, Schoen Clinic London, and a fascinating talk about psychiatry and mental health with Dr Al-Falahe, from London & Surrey Care.
Esteemed Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon, Dr Ros Miller, from The London Orthopaedic Clinic, was invited by Arab Health to speak at Congress about the common middle eastern concern of The Diabetic Foot.
After much success at Congress and a great follow up piece in the Daily Dose, the exhibition's daily newspapaer, Dr Miller was also later interviewed by Arab Health TV and world-renowned Sky News Arabia, showing just how much of an impact she and the HSMA collective made in the Middle East during their time at Arab Health.
Arab Health TV revisited the stand later in the afternoon to interview The Howard de Walden Estate's Jenny Hancock on the Harley Street Medical Area and to get an overview on the medical excellence attending as part of the HSMA group.
Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Specialist Care's Mr Fábio De Robertis treated the crowd to a demonstration on surgical myectomy for Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in the afternoon.
