Harley Street sports medicine clinic set to reap benefits of training and research

Isokinetic, the sports medicine and rehabilitation group, has opened a new campus for its Education and Research department. The group, whose London clinic is located on Harley Street, is recognised as a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence and is a reference point in the international orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation sectors.

Located in Bologna, Italy, Isokinetic’s new campus has been designed to accommodate educational programmes and structured career development, with indoor and outdoor classrooms offering an environment for both theoretical and practical learning. The campus also provides the facilities and technology to support cutting-edge research and scientific activity.

Staff from Isokinetic’s various clinical sites, including the London centre, now have a central training base where they can interact more closely with each other and share knowledge, experiences and support. The campus is also a space in which the wider sports medicine community and academic world can come together to exchange ideas, foster collaboration and drive innovation.

The campus, the creation of which involved an extensive development project, is located within a beautiful 7,010 square metre green space, designed to enhance the wellbeing of its visitors by providing constant interaction with nature, including 55 trees and 3,805 plants.
